This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to progress their career in a database/data governance position. The team you will be joining is very proactive and will help you develop your strong database and Excel skills to work with their Dynamics 365 CRM and be the organisation champion for data excellence.
Your main responsibility will be to enhance data quality and best practice across the organisation. You'll also be involved in data projects and a Data Literacy Training Programme for the whole organisation to ensure data is used efficiently and effectively to improve outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Data Management
- Processing data from the organisation's systems and D365 CRM and assist with the integration project for these systems
- Carry out regular work to ensure data quality is high, including data cleansing
- Assist in defining processes for data collection
- Work together with team members and other teams to ensure, via the quality of data held, that all research, evaluation, reporting, quality, delivery and commercial requirements and opportunities are optimised
- Participate in shaping all data collection and reporting requirements
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of an organisation-wide Data Catalogue
- Participate in the creation, management and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Extract and report on data as required
- Maintain data manuals
- Support with the auditing of data held
- Produce and review training material such as user guides, and deliver training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities with data, providing support and training where necessary
